Our in-house multidisciplinary team comprises of passionate Speech-Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists. All team members are involved in the sharing of reading materials on our Facebook group and page. We do provide home visit and school visit when there is a request or/and there is a need. This is because Grace House believes that the coordination and collaboration between us and the clients’ school teachers are important. Therefore, we provide recommendations and suggestions to school teachers, in all forms of communication, including WhatsApp focus group, face-to-face discussion, scheduled meeting, scheduled phone call or even a written recommendation letter. Most of the time, we will work as a team. Collaboration keeps us in motion and keep you in motion. We gain steadfast reassurance from teamwork and we see fruitful result from a collective effort at case management.
