Dr. Grace
FOUNDER
Dr. Grace Tan is a certified Speech Therapist with more than 8 years of clinical experiences in the field of speech therapy. She graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) with a Bachelor of Health Science in Speech Pathology. She is a member of Malaysian Association of Speech-Language and Hearing (MASH) and received an Award of Service from MASH in year 2019.
Her clinical experience is intensive, especially towards speech and language delay cases. Her job scope is mainly to provide assessment and therapy for infants, children, teenagers and adults with feeding, communication and swallowing difficulties.

In order to provide comprehensive speech therapy to her clients, she founded Grace House Speech Therapy Sdn. Bhd. She is not only providing speech therapy services, she also publishes Grace House Magazine, the first speech therapy magazine in Malaysia. She completed her Master in Business Administration (MBA) and Doctor in Business Administration (DBA). She is enjoying sharing her knowledge to the parents.
She also serves as a lecturer for ELITE at University Malaya (UM) and an external clinical supervisor for the Speech Sciences Programmes at FSK, University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) for the years 2023-2024. Additionally, she has begun training Intervention Teachers and Special Needs Educators through workshops and courses, aiming to benefit children in a broader scope. By training teachers through workshops, Dr. Grace is enhancing the quality of education for children, ensuring they receive the best possible support.

Dr. Grace’s doctorate focuses on enhancing customer experience in the speech therapy industry through modern marketing strategies, creating a significant positive impact on industry standards and practices.

Dr. Grace is giving lecture to University Malaya students.

Dr. Grace and the Grace House Team are collaborating with the National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) to conduct screenings, demonstrating their commitment to supporting children with autism.
